Settlements & ledger
Everything that moves money in AXON — escrow funding and releases, batch payouts, instant funding — is recorded in your settlements ledger. It's your single, trustworthy record of what happened, when, and for how much.
The settlements view
- A list of every settlement, with its source (agreement, distribution, or instant funding), amount, status, and date.
- A summary of your totals.
- Filters by source and status so you can find anything fast.
A settlement moves through clear states:
Pending → Processing → Settled
(or Failed / Reversed if something doesn't complete).
Why you can trust it
The ledger is tamper‑evident. Each entry is cryptographically linked to the one before it, forming a chain — so if any record were altered, it would be detectable. Periodically, AXON anchors the ledger to the public Base blockchain, creating an independent, timestamped proof of your records at that moment.
In plain terms: no one can quietly change history, and you can prove your books are intact.
Exports
You can download statements as CSV or PDF for accounting, audits, or sharing with your finance team.
