Your account page brings your whole operation into one place — who you are, your verification, your wallet, and how you switch contexts.
What's here
- Your profile — name, email, and membership.
- Verification status — your KYC (and KYB for business) state, with a link to start or resubmit.
- Wallet — your AXON wallet address, and the option to bring your own external wallet.
- Mode switcher — move between Personal and Business. Each has its own wallet, balance, and history; they never mix.
- On‑chain by default — your activity is verifiable on the public blockchain; links take you to the on‑chain record.
Switching between Personal and Business
Use the switcher (in the account menu or the top bar) to change context. Everything — balances, activity, agreements, settlements — retargets to the selected profile. Always confirm which mode you're in before sending money or creating an agreement.
Replay the guided tour
The interactive walkthrough that runs when you first sign in can be reopened anytime:
Account menu → "Show product tour."
It will highlight the main areas again — handy when you're exploring a feature for the first time, or onboarding a teammate.
Bring your own wallet
If you'd rather operate from an existing external wallet, link it here. Your keys stay yours — AXON never takes custody of a linked wallet. You can switch back to your AXON wallet at any time.
Getting help
If something looks off — a stuck payout, a verification that won't pass — reach out to support. Behind the scenes, AXON's reconciliation keeps working to complete in‑flight payments, and most things resolve on their own.
